Effects of Punica granatum spinosa extract on cell viable of PC3 cells. Cells were incubated with the Punica granatum spinosa extract in culture medium at concentrations derived from IC50, 50, 100, 200, and 300 μg/mL for 24 h. The induced apoptosis (internucleosomal DNA fragmentation) was then assessed by cell death detection ELISA.
