miR-320 Regulates Glucose-Induced Gene Expression in Diabetes

HUVECs exposed to 25 mM glucose (HG) compared to 5 mM glucose (LG) showed (a) increased FN protein and (b) increased in ET-1 protein. Transfection of endothelial cells with miR-320 mimics (but not the scrambled mimics) reduced glucose induced upregulation of FN and ET-1 protein levels.
