Relationships between the localization of the most effectively stimulated contact and the percentage of daily time spent in dyskinesia in 6 cases that have been affected with dyskinesia before surgery. All cases achieved the best improvement in the on-off phenomenon by bilateral deep brain stimulation of each paired combination of the subthalamic nucleus, zona incerta and field of Forel H.
