Hypothetical protein network regulating Schwann cell myelination/polarization: complex interactions among Par complex, Dlg, PI3K-signaling-associated components such as PTEN and small GTPase signaling proteins such as Cdc42 and Rac1 seem to play an important role in regulating Schwann cell polarization/myelination.
