Effect of ZnO-NPs on GSH levels in L-132 cells. Cells were exposed to different concentrations of ZnO-NPs for 24 h. At the end of the exposure, cells were washed with PBS, and GSH levels were measured. Control cells cultured in ZnO-free medium were run in parallel to the exposed groups. Values were the mean ± SD from three independent experiments. Significance was indicated by versus control.
