PKCε colocalizes with RhoA at the cell membrane. (a) PKCε translocates to the cell membrane, and RhoA remains localized at the cytoplasm in response to PMA. HEK293 cells were transfected with mCherry-PKCε (left panel) or eGFP-RhoA (right panel). Fluorescence images were captured prior to and 15 minutes after PMA (100 nM) stimulation.
