This neighbor-joining (NJ) tree was constructed with the help of MEGA 4.0 software (<a href="http://www.megasoftware.net/">http://www.megasoftware.net/</a>) with following settings: Bootstrap (125 replicates, seed = 42535), search options Close-Neighbor-Interchange (CNI) level = 1, maximum trees = 1, and replicate trees = 125 which were used for bootstrap analysis.</table>
