Immunosuppressive capacity of adipose-derived MSC. PBMCs were loaded with CFSE (−CNTRL) and stimulated with PHA (+CNTRL) to induce cell proliferation. CD3 positive cells were evaluated by flow cytometry. Data represent the dilution of CSFE corresponding to cell division. Percentages represent the amount of resting cells.
