The subsequent CECT (b, c) demonstrates an 11 cm pericardial cyst (arrow) containing simple fluid (HU of 9) without mass effect upon the SVC or IVC. Dyspnea was more likely related to early emphysematous and interstitial pulmonary changes demonstrated on the CT (not shown here).
