Attributes: duration of fever: presence of prolonged pyrexia (>14 days’ duration); fever grade: high grade fever >101°F; risk factors: presence of predisposing cardiac condition like CHD or being IDU apart from RHD; ECG: presence of tachy/bradyarrhythmias; RF: rheumatoid factor positive; cultures: blood cultures positive compatible to modified Duke’s criteria; iron saturation; presence of iron deficiency; vegetation size: vegetations >10 mm size in their long axis; vegetation site: right sided chamber/valvular lesions. |
