Supplemental Figure. Gene expression of HAK5 (black bars), At4g18280 (white bars), At5g47790 (crisscross bars), At5g22360 (light gray bars), At5g55310 (stripe bars) and At2g36370 (dark gray bars) under nitrogen- and phosphorus-deficiency. Three-day-old seedlings germinated on control media were transferred onto control media or media lacking nitrogen or phosphorus and grown for 7 days prior to analysis. Values are log2 ratios relative to the control. Error bars indicate standard error for three biological replicates with three technical replicates. Each sample contained more than 15 seedlings. Statistically significant differences (P<0.05) compared to each control sample are indicated as asterisks.
