NSP4112-140-Caveolin-1 Peptide-Peptide Interactions: Percent α-helical content of NSP4112-140 peptide + Caveolin-1 peptides, in aqueous buffer (10 mM potassium phosphate buffer), 50% trifluoroethanol (TFE) and in the presence of 1 mM SUV (55 : 35 : 10, POPC/cholesterol/DOPS). Observed values were compared with theoretical values, and those that were statistically significant by a Student’s -test ( ; denoted by an asterisk) were considered structurally altered, indicative of an interaction. Results are presented as means ± S.D. ( or 4).
