The effects of three different agitation levels on emulsion stability were evaluated in triplicate over a 24-hour period by measuring the changes PFAT5 at rest (upward triangle), gently rocked (downward triangle), and vigorously shaken (diamond). The inset focuses on the rest and gentle rock conditions where PFAT5 is observed to decrease significantly especially at early times.
