Experimental conditions: fused-silica uncoated capillary 50 μm id, 60.2 cm in total length and 50.0 cm in effective length, sodium acetate buffer pH 4.0, and 15°C, 25 kV, 237 nm, and injection: 10 seconds (at a pressure of 0.5 psi). Other conditions were changed according to each experiment.
