Histological double staining of 5 µm double sections from the cortex of APP/PS1 mouse brains with probe 3 and anti-Aβ. All of the images were acquired at a certain excitation wavelength (anti-Aβ: 555 nm and probe 3: 408 nm) by a confocal laser scanning microscope.
