Neuromorphic Vision Based Multivehicle Detection and Tracking for Intelligent Transportation System

Visualization of the output from a neuromorphic vision sensor and a standard frame-based camera when facing a rotating disk with a black dot. Comparing to conventional frame-based camera which transmitted complete images at fixed latency, the neuromorphic vision sensor [1] emitted events individually and asynchronously at the time they occur.
