H2O2 generation in photosynthetic green cell. H2O2 produced by Mehler Reaction in chloroplast, ETC in mitochondria, C2 cycle in Peroxisome, microsomal electron flow and specific enzyme-mediated reactions (NADPH oxidase) acts as a signaling molecule. The oxidant signal is transduced in the nucleus for triggering gene expression.
