Structure analysis of transcripts containing different number of tetra repeats of D2S2944 marker. MFOLD predicted stem-loop structure depending on the number of repeats in the microsatellite sequence of D2S2944 (GenBank: G08147.1) present in the intron 10 of SPAG16 gene. Energetically more favorable stem-loop structure are formed in presence of >(GATA)13 repeats.
