Supplementary Material

The weight-average molecular weight (Mw) of AM/AA and AM/AA/NSFM was measured by using a BI-200SM wide angle dynamic/static laser light scattering apparatus. It was found that the Mw of AM/AA and AM/AA/NSFM was (1.33 ± 0.30) ×107 g/mol and (1.32 ± 0.45) ×107 g/mol, respectively. In addition, the retention of AM/AA and AM/AA/NSFM also was studied by material balance calculations. The result showed that AM/AA/NSFM owned higher retention than AM/AA (83 mg versus 55 mg).
