Effect of the S. maxima peptide and CoCl2 on the viability of HT1080 cells. HT1080 cells were incubated with 100 μM CoCl2 and various concentrations of S. maxima peptide for 48 h and assessed using the MTT assay. Results of 3 independent experiments were averaged.
