Inhibitory Effect of Natural Phenolic Compounds on Aspergillus parasiticus Growth

Figure 3

Plot of calculated versus experimental log 1/LD25 of the ten phenolic compounds on Aspergillus parasiticus AF54 growth. Multiple linear regression analyses (MLR) calculated to examine quantitative relationships between linear combinations of the dependent variable (log 1/LD25) and the physicochemical descriptors. is the number of data points, is the correlation coefficient between observed values of the dependent variable and the values calculated from the equation, and is the square of the correlation coefficient and represents the goodness of fit. The obtained QSAR model was validated with the root mean square prediction error (RMSPE) obtained by cross validation leave-one-out procedure.
