Effect of FF on LPS-induced protein expression of MAPKs in RAW 264.7 macrophages. The cells were grown at 5 × 105 cells/well and treated with various concentrations of FF 1 h before LPS (1 μg/mL) treatment. After incubation for 24 h, cell lysates were collected and subjected to Western blots.
