MTT cell viability assays of RAW 264.7 cells treated with sorghum bran extracts. Cells were seeded in 96-well plates, incubated overnight, and pretreated with sorghum bran extracts at concentrations of 60 μg/mL, 30 μg/mL, and 15 μg/mL for 1 hour before LPS stimulation (1 μg/mL) for 18 hours. Results are expressed as percentage of absorbance in extract-treated cells versus control cells (no extract added).
