Effect of methane on the epoxyethane production capacity. Initial concentrations of ethylene and gas phase oxygen were maintained at 20% and 50%, respectively. Methane was diluted with nitrogen to produce different concentrations. Whole cell epoxyethane production capacity was assayed after 30 min of incubation.
