Overlay of the dose-response curves for percentage inhibition of α-amylase activity of FLAE in comparison with the positive control acarbose. According to the results obtained, FLAE and acarbose show similar activity above 50 µg/mL concentration; but at lower concentrations, the activity of FLAE is significantly high. The results are presented as mean ± standard deviation of three independent experiments.
