Content of residual phosphorus and 1,2-DAG changes with time. The degumming conditions were at 65°C and pH of 7.5 for 2.5 h in crude soybean oil. After reacting for 2.0 h in crude soybean oil, the residual phosphorus and 1,2-DAG were 64.7 mg/kg and 1.07%, respectively. The data were reproduced three times, and error bars indicate standard deviations.
