A representative DIC measured target surface (empty circles) and the SC method calculated correspondence surface (crosses) at pressure 0.4 kPa with the RS 1 (a) and RS 3 (b) for the SC calculation. The calculated corresponding surface with RS 1 showed a good agreement with the target surface. However, there are some surface points mismatching when the RS 3 was selected. RS 1, the reference surface that was detected by DIC measurement at pressure 0 kPa, and the RS 3, the same surface as the reference surface 1, but resampling with 80% surface sample counts of the RS 1 (selecting four surface points in every five surface points). Target surface, the surface measured by DIC at pressure 0.4 kPa.
