A detailed procedure to obtain the analytical solution to the release model was provided in supplementary material. A general procedure was also established to determine the three model parameters, ∆G, kS, and koff. In addition, the model fit to telmisartan release from mesoporous silica nanoparticle as shown in Figure S1.
