MiRNAs are regulated in human islet in response to glucose. miRNA regulations in human islets exposed to 16.7 mM versus 5.5 mM for 24 h (see Table 2). Data are expressed as mean of 3 biological replicates ± SEM. Each miRNA was normalized to the geometric mean of all miRNAs expressed in all replicates.
