TXNIP, NLRP3, procaspase-1, and IL-1β were also significantly induced by different concentrations of LPS at 12 h. The highest relative expression of these factors was observed in the 10 μg/L LPS group (a, b) (NC: 0 μg/L LPS; LPS1: 1 μg/L; LPS2: 5 μg/L; LPS3: 10 μg/L) ( versus NC group, versus LPS1 group, and versus LPS2 group).
