Naringenin Ameliorated Kidney Injury through Let-7a/TGFBR1 Signaling in Diabetic Nephropathy

TGFBR1 was a target for let-7a. (a) Let-7a binding region of the 3′-UTR of TGFBR1 from fifteen species. Paired bases were exhibited by a black line. And the binding site was boxed with a black rectangle. (b) Luciferase activity of reporters in the presence or absence of let-7a mimics in 293T cells.
