Effects of exercise under PM2.5 exposure on plasma iHSP70 lung levels of HFD-treated mice. Mice received standard chow (CTRL, ) or high-fat diet (HFD, ) over 16 weeks. After animals received saline or PM2.5 by intranasal instillation, they were rested or submitted to exercise at moderate or high intensity. This is a representative blot for HSP70 detection in mice lungs.
