The Adverse Effects of Thyrotropin Absence on Pancreatic <i>β</i> Cell Function in Mice

<div>Comparison of OGTT <i>in vivo</i> and the GSIS test of islets <i>in vitro</i> between the two groups. Ten <i>Tshr</i><sup>+/+</sup> and five <i>Tshr</i><sup>-/-</sup> mice were used in these two experiments, and 20 islets were isolated from each mouse for GSIS.
