Dual-Band High Q-Factor Complementary Split-Ring Resonators Using Substrate Integrated Waveguide Method and Their Applications

Simulated S-parameter responses corresponding to the unit cell shown in Figure 2(a). The geometrical parameters for the unit cells are  = 12.3 mm, L = 2 mm,  = 0.18 mm, a1 = 3.92 mm, and a2 = 3.92 mm. The electrical parameters of the equivalent circuit models in this case are Ld = 0.9 nH, Lc = 0.6 nH, Cc = 0.5 pF, Lr = 1.15 nH, and Cr = 1 pF [9].
