The geometrical parameters are L = 2.2 mm,  = 0.2 mm, a1 = 3.6 mm, a2 = 3.6 mm, a3 = 1.8 mm, a4 = 1.2 mm, and a5 = 3.1 mm for the upper CSRR and L = 2.4 mm,  = 0.2 mm, a1 = 3.2 mm, a2 = 4 mm, a3 = 2 mm, a4 = 0.9 mm, and a5 = 3.5 mm for the lower CSRR and W = 11.5 mm and t = 1.3 mm. The electrical parameters of the equivalent circuit models in this case are Ld = 4 nH, Lc = 1 nH, Cc = 0.97 pF, Ls = 0.9 nH, Cs = 0.9 pF, Lr1 = 1.35 nH, Cr1 = 1.21 pF, Lr2 = 0.65 nH, and Cr2 = 1.52 pF [9].
