Extraction yield (%) of dried turmeric leaves in different solvent ratios. The moisture content of the turmeric leaf extract in different solvent ratio groups was measured to select the most acceptable extraction ratio for the further experiment. All experimental data were measured in triplicates. The optimum solvent ratio was 12.09% in 1 : 25 extraction ratio.
