ARTP Mutagenesis to Improve Mycelial Polysaccharide Production of <i>Grifola frondosa</i> Using a Mixture of Wheat Bran and Rice Bran as Substrate

<div>Five generations of fermentation of the parent strain and three mutant strains (GFA1, GFA2, GFA7) during bioconversion of wheat bran and rice bran at 23°C and 150 r/min. The mycelial biomass concentration in five generations (a), the mycelial polysaccharides concentration in five generations (b), the average mycelial biomass and mycelial polysaccharides of five generations (c), the weight-for-weight yields of mycelial polysaccharides (d). The mycelial biomass was calculated as the dry weight of mycelia. Each data point is the mean of three replicate samples.
