Evaluating the Effects of MKAVCFSL Derived from Bighead Carp (<i>Hypophthalmichthys nobilis</i>) Flesh on Antioxidant Activity in Caco-2 Cells <i>In Vitro</i>

<div>Viability of Caco-2 cells after different treatment as follows: medium treatment without H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub> and peptide (control 1: C1), H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub> treated only (control 2: C2), peptide treated only (sample 1: S1), and medium treatment with H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub> and peptide (sample 2: S2). The viability of cells was expressed as a percentage of the viability of cells in C1 treatment. Results were the means ± SD from three independent experiments.
