Stage-specific localization of PRKRA in the nuage and the cytoplasm of spermatogenic cells and Sertoli cells during spermatogenesis of rat testis. Width of colored bars indicates staining intensity estimated arbitrarily. Appearances of ISPG and IMC are indicated by blue color, CB by red, only PRKRA-positive granules (O.P.G.) by pink, cytoplasm by cyan blue, and cytoplasm of Sertoli cells (SC), green.
