Gait characteristic extraction (GCE).

Step 1.	“TO” extraction: extract the “TO” of the ith gait cycle by finding the first TO peak, which appears in the interval as shown in Figure 9(e).
Step 2.	“FA” extraction: extract the “FA” of the ith gait cycle by finding the first FA peak, which appears in the interval .
Step 3.	“TV” extraction: extract the “TV” of the ith gait cycle by finding the first TV peak, which appears in the interval .
