Neutralization of IL-17 reduced the survival of human lung cancer bearing nude mice. TILs were collected from lung cancer patients () and treated with CpG-ODNs or control CpG-ODNs as described in Materials and Methods. autologous TILs were transferred into the tumor bearing Balb/c nude mice with 100 ug CpG-ODNs or control CpG-ODNs through tail vein. After 2 days, the recipients were injected intravenously with anti-IL-17 (5 ug/g) every seven days. Then, the survival of tumor bearing nude mice was observed.
