Expansion of CD16-Negative Natural Killer Cells in the Peripheral Blood of Patients with Metastatic Melanoma

Patients with metastatic melanoma have expanded peripheral blood CD16− NK cell pools. Box-plot with quartiles depicting percentage of CD16− NK cells in peripheral blood from 41 metastatic melanoma patients (median 7.6%) compared with 29 healthy controls (median 3.1%, Mann–Whitney ).
