Generation and clinical application of CIK cells. Lymphocytes are extracted from the patients’ blood and stimulated with different cytokines. The resulting CIK cells are re-infused into the patient. IFN- : interferon- ; IL-2: interleukin-2; anti-CD3: anti-human CD3 monoclonal antibody.
