OVA-specific levels of IgE, IgG1, and IgG2a were increased significantly in positive control mice compared to the negative control group. Administration of NCC 2287 both in the prevention and management phases did not significantly reduce levels of MMCP-1 and OVA-specific IgE, IgG1, and IgG2a. No effect of L. lactis NCC 2287 on mast cells and immunoglobulins.
