T lymphocyte profile in the lamina propria of small and large intestine of IL-10^−/− mice during the course of intestinal inflammation. Lamina propria T cells from small and large intestine were obtained from either 6- or 16-week-old IL-10^−/− mice. Age-matched 129Sv/Ev (WT) mice were used as controls. Frequencies of CD4⁺CD44⁺ (a), CD4⁺CD69⁺ (b), CD4⁺CD25⁺Foxp3⁺ (c), and CD4⁺CD25⁺LAP⁺ (d) T cells gated in CD4⁺ T cells were assessed by flow cytometry.
