Section of a vehicle-treated model mouse: glomerular sclerosis, tubular atrophy, and increased infiltrating leukocytes (HE), a patchy dense immunoperoxidase indicative of IgG deposition (IgG). Section from 15, 30, 60 mg·kg−1·day−1 BP- and prednisone-treated mouse: mild mesangial cell proliferation (HE), less IgG deposition (IgG).
