Modulatory Effect of 1,25-Dihydroxyvitamin D3 on IL1β-Induced RANKL, OPG, TNFα, and IL-6 Expression in Human Rheumatoid Synoviocyte MH7A

The effect of 1,25(OH)2D3 on RANKL and VDR expression in fibroblast-like synoviocyte MH7A cells. MH7A cells were treated with different concentrations of 1,25(OH)2D3 (0.1 nM, 1 nM, 10 nM, and 100 nM) for 48 h. RANKL (a) and VDR (b) mRNA expression were analyzed by real-time PCR. The presence of RANKL staining cells (marked with red) in cultured MH7A was detected by immunofluorescence (c).
