(e) From the gate 𝐷 CCR6⁺/CD123⁺ plasmacytoid dendritic cells were determined, and an electronic gate was made for double positive cells. (f) From the latter CCR6⁺/CD123⁺/IDO⁺ cells were defined. A total of 50,000–100,000 events were recorded for each sample before any gate setting and analysed with the CellQuest Pro software (BD Biosciences).
