Inhibition of activation by RGC100 of JAWS II DCs through chloroquine. (a) Cells were first treated with chloroquine (treated, 100 μM) or not (native), then incubated with RGC100 at the indicated concentrations. (b) Cells were first treated with chloroquine at the indicated concentrations, then incubated with RGC100 (50 μg/mL). Secretion of IL-6 was measured in supernatant by ELISA. Values shown are mean ± SEM of two independent measures. Negative control consists of supernatant of cells incubated in the absence of RGC100. Values of negative control have been subtracted from the values represented on the graph.
