Activation of human myeloid CD1c+ DCs by RGC100 and poly(I:C). Freshly isolated CD1c+ DCs were cultivated in the presence or absence of RGC100 or poly(I:C). After 24 h, supernatants were harvested and the concentration of IL-1β, IL-6, and TNF-α was determined by ELISA as indicated. The results of one representative donor out of three performed with similar results are demonstrated. Values represent the mean ± SEM of triplicate samples and asterisks indicate a statistically significant difference ().
